How late in the day can I get a document filed in the courts?
It varies betweens courts. Some of the courts close at 5pm and others have a night box allowing self serve filings up to midnight. It is best to call us on a specific court.
I don’t have a check for my filing fees- will you advance the fee?
Yes, Hot Shot will advance fees. A nominal advance fee will apply.
I have a document that needs to be filed, recorded, and served. Do you know how to do all three?
