Jonathan Fillerup - President, 19 years
Jon Fillerup was born in Los Angeles. He moved to Las Vegas in during middle school. He worked at Caesar's Palace for seven years where he learned how to treat the customer. He served a two mission in Guayaquil, Ecuador and afterwards he went to ASU to earn his business degree in Finance. He is President of Hot Shot and co-owner. He is a licensed Process Server and a Notary Public. Jon met his wife, Jackie, at age 17 and they have been together ever since. Their son Carl is serving a mission in the West Indies, Amber is attending school at UVU in Orem, Ut., Ashley attends and swims for Mt View H.S., and Jamie attends and cheers for Stapley Jr H.S.

Brian Markle - Vice President, 8 years
Brian grew up in El Segundo California, a suburb of Los Angeles.  Brian graduated from BYU with a bachelors degree in business, with an emphasis in finance and accounting.  Brian was a four year member of BYU's power lifting team, earning Utah state championships in both power lifting and body building, and held the Utah state bench press record for several years.  Brian spent several years with Micron, and moved to Phoenix in 1997 to manage their west coast expansion.  Brian has 15 years of management experience including 7 years as vice president of Hot Shot Delivery.  In 2001, Brian became a co-owner of Hot Shot Delivery.  Brian is a licensed process server, a notary public, and a member of Executives Association of Greater Phoenix.  Brian enjoys spending much of his free time with his wife of 18 years, Shalon, and  five daughters ages 16, 14, 12, 9, 9.

Patti Owen - Vice President, 19 years
Patti Owen has been the Office Administrator for Hot Shot Delivery for 18 years. During this time, she has completed several business and accounting courses along with process service and notary education. She enjoys the fast paced courier industry and felt that the years of multi-tasking helped to prepare her for 3 daughters - Hailey, 11, and Audree & Aimee, 3 year old twins. Her husband of 19 years, Billy, works in the communications field and manages to maintain his sanity in a house full of girls. Her favorite quote: "While we try to teach our children all about life - our children teach us what life is all about."

Sharie Lee - Legal Manager, 12 years

Sharie is a Native American born and raised in Arizona. She has spent many years on the Navajo Reservation- she has experienced the quiet life on the reservation as well as the big city. She has been in the Courier/Legal industry since 1993. Sharie has been with Hot Shot for the past 15 years and is currently the Manager of our growing Legal Service Department. She is a license Process Server and a Notary Public. She has three wonderful kids - her son, Randy, recently returned home safely after serving 3 years in Iraq and is currently station in the Army at Fort Collins, Colorado. Her daughter Stephanie works for APS in Phoenix and her daughter Samantha is a stay at home mom in Tempe. Her husband, Gary, is a driver for Hot Shot.

Steve Hill - Operations/Information Systems,
10 years
Stephen Hill began with Hot Shot in 2000 originally as a court runner. He now oversees our IT and Operations Department. He has completed several years of Microsoft courses and most recently became certified with our CXT integrated software. He enjoys more than anything the high pace high demand environment of dispatching taking pride when those "next to miracle" deliveries are accomplished. Nothing pleases him more than when we receive a call of thanks on those hard to do deliveries. He likes to travel. His favorite trip was to New Zealand in October 2007. He is single and is free to a good home.

Gerald Jaramillo - Warehouse/Freight Mgr.,
12 years
Gerald Jaramillo is from Los Angeles, Ca. He is a big sports fan and loves to play baseball/softball. He is a Dodger fan. Gerald has spent most of his working career in the delivery and warehouse business. He has been with Hot Shot for the last 7 years. He has proven himself as a solid dispatcher, training, and customer service rep. In the last few years with Hot Shot, he has been our Warehouse Operations manager. Come on down and see our warehouse facility and you will see Gerald smile with pride showing off our facility.

Katrina Prentice - Customer Service, 10 years
Katrina Prentice has been a dedicated employee at Hot Shot Delivery for more than six years. She is very knowledgeable about the delivery and courier business and specializes in Customer Service Relations. She is the proud mother of two adorable children and will achieve her Associates Degree in Business in December 2008.

Alex Chacon - Warehouse Assistant, 3 years

Robert Haas - Dispatcher, 10 years
Robert Haas, 10 years, is a native of Arizona. He was born and raised in the Phoenix area. He is the youngest of three boys. Robert enjoys watching sports and movies. He started in the industry as a courier for 2 years. In 1998 he was promoted to dispatcher and has been happy doing that for the past 8 years.
