Are your drivers bonded?
Yes, our drivers are bonded.
Can you call me when my delivery is done?
Yes, we can. We can also set up an automated email update that will let you know when your delivery is picked up and delivered.
How often do you send out invoicing?
Most customers get invoiced through the 15th and end of the month. A few customers want weekly billing. If you need special invoicing, give us a call and let us know what you need.
Can we pick up your U.S. mail?
Yes
Can we do bank deposits?
Yes
Are our drivers uniformed?
Yes, we require our drivers to wear casual business clothing along with their Hot Shot I.D. badge.
Do we go out of town?
Yes, we will go out of town and we do so several times a day. Just give us a call and let us know how we can help you.
